Frivannsliv® ECO 7mm wetsuit

A brand new suit with first-class softness and strength - produced with the latest environmentally friendly techniques.

The ECO suit is made 100% from recycled materials. It is a neoprene from, among other things, residues from production and recycled rubber (for used rubber tyres). The mix of the neoprene itself is 87% recycled polyester and 13% recycled spandex.

No harmful substances are used in production. Aqua-α (Aqua-Alpha) is a very strong and water-based, non-toxic and solvent-free laminating adhesive that is used to laminate both the inner and outer lining to the neoprene of the wetsuits. Hence this logo printed on the suit:

The material
Frivannsliv® ECO 7mm is made with a soft foam, and can be compared to EVO 3 Nordic Premium in terms of softness and strength. The material is also very resistant to compression. This makes the suit warm and insulates well.

Technical details:
- Strong nylon on the outside of the suit
- Open Cell on the inside of the suit
- 2-piece suit with trousers and jacket
- Strong cuffs with a waterproof effect around the face and sleeves

Environment:
The environment and sustainable products have always been important to us at Frivannsliv. It started with the Evo2 series and some differences. Then Evo3, where we produced wetsuits with greater consideration for the environment. Much thanks to the methods the factory adopted. But, finally, with ECO we have a suit where we have been able to take another step in the right direction.

The suit is made with 100% recycled materials . The suit bag is also produced in degradable plastic.
