3.5mm thickness and significantly thicker than most neoprene swimming socks on the market (which are made for the market around the Mediterranean). A special titanium lining on the inside of the sock reflects body heat back into the foot. In general, a warm wet sock with good insulation if you experience freezing toes when swimming.

The Zone3 Heat-Tech warmth socks are suitable for other activities in the water as well, and can also be used for snorkelling, free diving and water sports.
