Changing the latex cap

When we change hoods on suits, we strive to deliver the suit as it looked when it came from the factory, and with the same good quality.
To achieve this, we use quality cuffs and the same glue that is used in suit production.

Procedure for changing the cap:

• Remove previous cap and glue residue.
• Rub the material on the suit and hood to provide adhesion for the glue.
• Degrease the adhesive area on the suit and hood with a solvent compatible with the adhesive.
• Apply two-component glue to suit and cuff.
• Mount hood on suit.
• Apply pressure to the adhesive area so that the adhesive adheres properly.
• If the customer wishes, we also install adhesive tape in the adhesive edge to create an additional barrier against leaks and wear.
