A mask strap type that is very popular in the technical diving community. This strap replaces the usual silicone/rubber strap and also has a neoprene pad/cover at the back. Solid webbing withstands much more than normal mask strap and has very little chance of breaking. The piece in neoprene at the back provides comfort, does not get caught in hair and slides on/off more easily. Neoprene piece at the back also gives a little more stretch.
The mask strap also has adjustable straps, so you can easily adjust the fit.
