Salvimar Shark Slip-tip arrowhead

Slip-tip arrowhead from Salvimar. Supplied complete for mounting on a harpoon arrow with M7x1 thread. Included in the package is everything needed for assembly on the harpoon arrow. By using a slip-tip arrowhead, you avoid the harpoon arrow being stuck in the fish like a breakbar, which prevents the fish from tearing off the arrow as it flees after being speared.

This arrowhead buries itself in the fish flesh if the point does not completely penetrate the fish. Remember to secure it with a bit of loctite or similar to prevent the threads from opening when the dream fish is speared.

This type of arrowhead is only recommended for large fish such as halibut, sea eel, large sei or when looking for big fish abroad.
