NRS Maverick gloves

One of NRS's most popular neoprene gloves, now in a new upgraded model. Very suitable for the cold Norwegian weather conditions. The NRS Maverick glove combines a robust neoprene exterior with 4-way stretch on the inside for maximum flexibility, fit and not least warmth.

The NRS Maverick is superb for kayaking, river paddling, water sports, windsurfing, or for rescue, river rescue, surface rescue and situations when you need a solid glove with a good grip. A nice glove for ropemen and a tender glove too.

Features and characteristics

* 2mm robust neoprene on the outside of the glove laminated with titanium laminate for extra reinforcement and warmth (body heat is reflected)

* 4-way Extend™ superstretch on the inside of the glove which makes it very elastic and flexible

* Good grip on the inside of the palm with RawHide™

* Just like many of the wet gloves we sell for freediving and diving, the Maverick has taped "liqiuid" seams. Which makes the glove extra tight against water.

* The fingers have a "pre-curve" design for a more optimal fit

* NRS's innovative HyrdoCuff™ technology ensures that water does not flow in through the sleeve. Something that is especially common with other gloves when water runs down the oar.

* The gloves are light in weight, weighing only 170 grams

Tips

NB! With rough use over a long period of time, there will often be small breaks in the glued seams of typical "seamless" wet gloves. Use some McNett/Gear Aid Black Witch neoprene glue on smaller tears or McNett/Gear Aid Aquasure on larger damages. In any case, this is a nice glue to have for repairs and replacement of cuffs, neck seals etc
