This is 1mm neoprene with open cell on one side and closed cell on the other (so no nylon/lycra coating). The product is suitable as an additional reinforcement on the inside of the suit when you have repaired damage.
Neoprene glue is applied to the open cell side of the neoprene and to the inside of the suit. Then let the glue dry on the surface before gluing them together.
