Neck seal at the bottom of the dry hood that fits perfectly over the neoprene/latex neck seal on the dry suit. Glideskin face seal and inside which make the hood comfortable against the face and comfortable to take off/on (does not get caught in the hair).

Valve (BARE's GEN2) on the top of the cap that lets excess air out, but no water in. The Ultrawarmth hood also has a separate grip pad on the back of the head for the mesh knit, so that the mask sits like a shot on the outside of the hood.
