Changing latex socks

When we exchange socks on suits, we strive to deliver the suit as it looked when it came from the factory, and with the same quality.
To achieve this, we use high-quality latex socks and the same glue that is used in suit production.

Procedure for changing latex socks:

• Remove previous latex sock and glue residue.
• Rub the material on the suit and latex sock to provide adhesion for the glue.
• Degrease the adhesive area on the suit and latex sock with a solvent that is compatible with the adhesive.
• Apply 2-component glue to suit and latex sock.
• Attach latex sock to suit.
• Apply pressure to the adhesive area so that the adhesive adheres properly.
• If the customer wishes, we also install adhesive tape in the adhesive edge to create an additional barrier against leaks and wear.
