This safety package contains a solid inflatable oar bag (float) with 2 chambers in "backup" that fits all types of oars, bilge pump for emptying the cockpit, a quality whistle from Fox 40 for warning, oar wire to secure the oar and a sponge with very good absorbency. Everything in a mesh bag that can be attached to the deck.
