This is the official Norwegian record list for underwater hunting. It is important to read the rules carefully first and not be sloppy in implementing the requirements. Otherwise, it is difficult to get the record approved by the strict jury.

If you have caught other large fish that are either not a record, or are well documented, you can still send us catch information and a photo which we can post on our website.

Ål and Piggå are protected, the recorded catches of these species were registered before protection was implemented. It is not possible to register records for fish species that are protected. We strongly discourage our readers from catching fish that are protected.
